Local Council Media was started by Martin Tidd who has over 40 years experience in media, principally in newspapers and magazines. With his wife Joan they successfully owned a group of free magazines which were sold to a major newspaper publisher.

They believe that council publications are an untapped resource by councils and businesses alike, which, if managed carefully, can be of enormous financial benefit.

Rebecca Jones and Henry Tidd are our link with councils. They advise on revenue targets and deal with all aspects of advertising sales.
